On Kiefholzstrasse in the Alt-Treptow sub-district of Berlin, AGROMEX is developing a new apartment building. On 06 October, it was time to celebrate the topping-out ceremony. This means that the building project is right on schedule.
The site on Kiefholzstrasse is being developed into a residential building with 48 rental flats and 16 underground parking spots. The flats vary in size, ranging from two to five bedrooms, and from footprints of 45 sqm to 151 sqm. The floor plans of the flats, optimised for brightness anyway, get extra sunlight through floor-to-ceiling windows. Generously dimensioned balconies and patios further enhance the comfort level and underscore the green character of the housing estate. The property site is located close to the riverbank.
Landscaped courtyards with ample outdoor seating provide extra space for taking it easy. Future residents will also have the use of a buggy park and a bicycle storage room.
The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2017.
