Cookies
The AGROMEX website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on a given computer system via an Internet browser.
A lot of websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies include a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters through which Internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser by saving the cookie. This enables the websites and servers visited to distinguish the browser of a given user from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A given Internet browser can be recognised and identified by its unique cookie ID.
The use of cookies enables AGROMEX to provide users of this website more user-friendly services than would be possible without the placement of cookies. The use of a cookie lets us optimise the information and options available on our website for the purposes of a given user. As previously mentioned, the cookies also let us recognise users returning to our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to navigate our website.
You can configure your browser to notify you about the placement of any cookies and only allow cookies on a case-to-case basis, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Deactivating cookies may impair the functionality of this website for you.

Collection of General Data and Information
Each time a person or an automated system accesses the AGROMEX website, certain general data and information will be collected by the website. These general data and information will be stored in the log files of the server. The collected data may include the browser type and version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the host name of the accessing computer, the time of the server request, the IP address, the Internet service provider of the accessing system and other similar data and information which can be helpful to deflect attacks on our information technology systems.
These data cannot be associated with any specific person. Nor are the data combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

SSL Encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the character string in your browser’s address line changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, no third party will be able to read the data you transmit to us.

Contact Form
If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided therein, will be saved for the purpose of processing the enquiry and follow-up queries, if any. We will not disclose these data without your consent.
At any time, the controller will disclose, upon request, to any data subject what sort of the personal data relating to that data subject has been stored. Moreover, the controller will correct or delete personal data at the request or notice of the data subject, provided that the data are not subject to legal hold obligations.
You may contact us any time at the address provided in the Legal Notice if you have any other questions on the subject of personal data.

Google Web Fonts
In order to display our contents in a correct and graphically engaging manner across all browsers, our website uses script libraries and font libraries, such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid repeated downloads. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or denies access to them, content will be displayed in a default font.
Calling script libraries or font libraries will automatically set up a connection to the library operator. In theory, it is possible for operators of corresponding libraries to collect data, although it is unclear at this time whether or not they actually do and, if so, to what end.
For the privacy policy of library operator Google, click here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Google Maps
On some of our websites we use Google Maps API to provide a visual representation of geographical details. Whenever you use Google Maps, Google will also collect, process and use data about the use of its map features by visitors. For details on Google’s data processing, please see Google’s Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/privacypolicy.html). In the Data Protection Center on the Google Privacy Policy website, you may also change your personal data protection settings.

Embedded YouTube Videos
We may embed YouTube videos into some of our web pages. Operator of the corresponding plug-ins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. Whenever you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, a connection to YouTube servers will be set up. The pages you visit will be disclosed to YouTube. In fact, being logged into your YouTube account will permit YouTube to trace your surfing behaviour back to you personally. You may prevent this by signing out of your YouTube account prior to visiting our website.
Whenever a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behaviour.
If you deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program, you need not worry about such cookies when viewing YouTube videos either. However, YouTube will also store non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you wish to prevent this, you need to block the saving of cookies in your browser.
For details on data protection by “YouTube” go to the provider’s data protection statement at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Amendments to Our Data Protection Regulations
We reserve the right to update this data protection statement from time to time so as to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection statement, e. g. when introducing new services. Your next visit after each update will be subject to the new data protection statement.
